Users: Requests Count on Claimed Returned Confirmation Modal Capped at 10

Description

Overview:

When attempting to perform a Claimed Returned on an item, the count of requests displayed in the "Claimed returned" confirmation modals (bulk and single loan) does not go past 10, regardless of the number of open requests on the item.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into bugfest-iris enviornment

  2. Click https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/users/007af8dc-7095-4863-8cdc-ebdef8801a75/loans/open

  3. Select the check box next to the loan

  4. Click "Claim returned"

  5. Confirm claim returned modal is presented with list of items to claim returned and additional information field

  6. See that the link text in the request column is "10"

  7. Click the link

  1. Log into bugfest-iris enviornment

  2. Click https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/users/007af8dc-7095-4863-8cdc-ebdef8801a75/loans/view/eda1dbc9-69e3-41f9-aca5-16c9d31fdcb3

  3. Click the "Claim returned" button

  4. Confirmation modal is presented

  5. Early railroad days in New Mexico. (book) (Barcode: 082952518) will be Claimed returned. There are 10 open requests for this item.

  6. Click/visit the "10 open requests" link

Expected Results:

See 10 open requests in the queue.

Actual Results:

 See more than 10 open requests in the queue

Additional Information:

I did a quick look at the developer tools and it looks like the query used to retrieve the number of requests is not setting any limit, which means its using the endpoint default, which is 10.

It is already deployed to Bugfest, . It was included in ui-users v6.0.3 and Bugfest is already at v6.0.4

 I originally lumped this failed test case in with UIIN-1469 when I set the defect (I wasn't paying close enough attention, apparently). I'm guessing this will be a similar fix to that story, but in UI-Users. I guess we just need to point this and get it in the backlog for a hot fix release. I've gone ahead and set the test cases in bugfest to deferred status and set the release on this ticket to R1 2021 Hot Fix. Sorry that I didn't catch this sooner.
