, this is fixable by adding owners.collection.get and feefineactions.collection.get to the "Users: Can view user profile" permission set. Does that make sense to you, or do you think we need more granular permissions so that, e.g., a user may be able to view a patron's demographic information but not the patron's fee/fine-related information?

Note that at present, we only show the "Fees/fines" accordion when a user has permission to read and change permission for fees and fines, so adding read-only access with feefineactions.collection.get won't actually change what is presented in the UI. This means we retrieve some data that isn't used. Adjusting the display to present fees/fines data in a read-only manner could be a future enhancement.
