Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into bugfest-goldenrod as a user with permissions to view loans, renew loans, and renew through override

   • also appears on folio-fameflower. Does not appear when user has all permissions on either goldenrod or fameflower

   • can't repro on testing

2. Navigate to a loan where the due date is in the past

   • Can recreate this for another loan by using change due date to set the date in the past. Doesn't appear to matter how far in the past, if calculated due date from the renewal is in the past or in the future, or if loan policy renews from system date or current due date.

3. Renew item

Expected Results: Renewal succeeds, and extends due date according to loan policy
Actual Results: Renewal fails, and reason is not displayed.
