New/Edit record: When using screenreader, Patron Group, Status, and Preferred contact fields, are not read a required

Description

  • Need to remove the black asterisk from the field label

  • Replace with the red asterisk; Maybe a required prop needs to be added to the select component?

, I could not get NVDA to read "required" for any of these fields. IF you were able to do so, can you let me know what you did?
