  2. Go to Open Loans/Close Loans List

  3. Focus on the ellipsis

Actual: Reads "ellipsis" does not describe what the menu is about AND Violates WCAG: 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions (Level A) - http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/#minimize-error-cues

Expected: Has descriptive text that describes the menu
