Record last updated and created info missing from manual patron block

Description

Cornelia Awenuis tested Patron Blocks at https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/ for BugFest and discovered that the Record last updated and Record created information that used to appear on the manual patron block edit page is no longer appearing.

I don't like how this block of information looks when a user is creating the patron block, but that is an issue for another time. This is working now. Thanks!

please give this another try. It should be now fixed on folio-testing. Please make sure you see version: @folio/users 2.26.1000893 under: https://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/settings/about
