Users App: When you access the app the focus should be in the Search box

Description

Requirement: If user selects the Users app from the main toolbar then focus should go to the Search box

Given I have accessed Users app from the main toolbar
Then focus should be in the Search box

Given I am using a keyboard
AND I select the Users app
When I use the shortcut key Alt + N
Then a Create new user record displays

I think there are circumstances but this use case focuses on accessing an app from the main toolbar or App dropdown. When not accessing app from the main toolbar or App dropdown, I do not think the focus should be in the search box but on the record / result you selected.

Are there circumstances where we we wouldn't want the search box to be focused? Perhaps when the user returns to the search screen from a detail record and the search query/results are populated.

This can possibly be achieved simply by checking if the browser url is the 'home' path of the module... (if it isn't, there's a search or a query/search results present)
