A user without permissions to see loan policy should not be able to see that choice in the 3 dot menu.

I am a user who does not have the permission to view the loan policy.
When I click on the three dots in the loan details, I see the choice to click on "Loan Policy" but when I click on it I just get to the settings page and viewing the loan policy is not a choice.

Expected: General UX guidance is options you don't have access to should not appear in the UI unless there is some way to override . Therefore, this option should not display when you don't have permission to loan policies

Actual: Option is displaying and when clicked, you get a blank page
