Can't create user in Bugfest environment as folio

Description

Steps to repro:

  1. Log into https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com as folio user (pw = folio) which is a user with all permissions, as far as I know (I also tested with another user with the Chalmers circulation permission set and the same bug occurred)

  2. Go to users

  3. Create a user

  4. Save new user

Expected: Should create without error

Actual: Error

ERROR: in module @folio/users, operation POST on resource 'records' failed, saying: ErrorMessage(fields=Map(Position -> 139, Line -> 1128, File -> scan.l, SQLSTATE -> 42601, Routine -> scanner_yyerror, V -> ERROR, Message -> syntax error at or near ")", Severity -> ERROR))
