An error page "Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined" will open when trying to see the user details.

Description

This maybe a stripes issue

Steps

  1. Go to "https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/"

  2. Login with provided details "folio23/testio"

  3. Click on the "Users" tab

  4. Enter keyword "test" in the search field and click on the search button.

  5. Now open the users with the name of "Test,Io" one by one and observe error page will open

Expected result

The user should be able to see the user information including a number of books checked out and any fees/fines by opening the user without any issue.

Actual result

The user searches with the keyword "test" in the user section and tries to open the user account with the name of "Test io" one by one then an error page will open. Refreshes the page but opens the error page again.

I labeled this as a dupe since the problem is an incorrectly structured permission object in ui-calendar which causes the permissions-display code to explode. In conversations with we agreed that fixes in both places are warranted, which means maybe I should've left it open as the container for the permissions display logic.
