SPIKE: Explore loan rules for the Concorde team

Description

The spike includes the following:
1) Go through existing UI apps that deal with loans such as

  1. - ui-circulation

  2. - ui-checkout

  3. - ui-checkin

  4. - ui-users

2) Explore existing documentation about loans.

The result of the spike is to share this information with the team and possibly create a wiki page where the summary of spike will be placed.
