Overview: When creating an invoice with invoice level adjustments that are not prorated the fund distribution does not show the amount.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Bugfest-juniper

2. Create invoice

3. Add adjustment for $7

4. Select not prorated and In addition to

5. choose fund

6. save invoice

Expected Results: Fund distribution for the invoice adjustment shows correct amount

Actual Results: Fund distribution amount for adjustment displays as $0
