SPIKE: Implement support for fields without information in Mediated requests UI

Description

Purpose: Ensure that fields in the Requests UI that do not contain information use a dash “-” to indicate there is no data/information to show. Data/information could be missing because of problems with other apps, deleted data, or data corruption.

  1. Double check that problem relevant

  2. Check possible solution

  3. Rewrite possible solution to story format (see for example)

  4. Estimate story

  5. Get approval from PO that story ready

  6. Add story to current sprint if possible

Notes: PO verified with Kimie Kester that the “-” is the preferable pattern to follow on 1/31/25.
