Filtering requests by "[" tags shows all Requests

Description

Overview:
When User tags a request with [ and then filtering Requests by that Tag , Requests with all other Tags are retrieved in the result list
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the "Request" app => Search for two "Request" in "Open" status

  2. To the 1st one add Tag "["

  3. To the 2nd one – add Tag differ from the previously added (for example important )

  4. Click on the "Tags" multiselect dropdown on the left "Search & filter" pane => Enter the value of "Tag" created in the step 2 (for example [ )

Expected Results:
The result list is retrieved with the Requests that match the searched Tag value. Note that the search term should be treated as any position, not a strict match. And the more characters typed in the search box, the more that the list possible options in the filter is refined.
Actual Results:
The result list is retrieved with All Requests that have any Tags

thank you for the clarification. Can't confirm the release date just yet, will get back to you as soon as it's clear. Could you please correct the task description according to your last comment?

Hi I'm sorry to be delayed getting back to you - a hectic week! The search should be any position, not a strict match. And the more characters typed in the search box, the more that the list possible options in the filter is refined.

I've also added myself as tester for this Jira. Could you confirm that this will be released as part of UIREQ for Orchid or Orchid Bugfix? or not until later? The Release field still shows Not scheduled. Thank you!

we've managed to make the tag search in Requests a strict match. So, searching for items tagged with "[" will only return those items (not "sth[" or "s[th[" etc). Therefore,

Cold you please confirm that you want the tag search in Requests app to be "any position" (as in Users app), where "[" tag query will match all of the following tags on the entities: "sometext[", "[[]][[[[]", "a   [s"? If not, we'll go forward with implementing strict match tag search.
