The Requests app is visible in the top navigation bar to the right. All looks good.

I did a successful commit. The CI must have been configured between yours and mine. Of course it wants the initial package.json file.

Hi , here's the project in JIRA and there's a ui-requests project now in Github as well.
The github project is public of course, but github said something about the creator giving people access to commit. Couldn't find that knob though, let me know if you can't commit.
I'll assign this issue () to you just in case you want to put your time for setting up the initial UI module code here. Otherwise we can close this issue.
Manually tested in FOLIO test http://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/, @folio/requests 0.0.2-SNAPSHOT.4, using Chrome.
