Selecting an Item Doesn't Work and Top Nav Becomes Unnavigable

Description

Steps to repro:

  1. Log into folio-testing

  2. Go to Requests

  3. Click New

  4. Enter a barcode for an item

  5. Click Select Item

Expected: Item should be selected and related metadata should display below the select box

Actual: Item is not selected, no metadata displays and the top nav for FOLIO becomes unnavigable (you can still navigate within the requests page)

Additional info: I was actually able to succesfully select items for a while before this happened. It was when I entered this barcode that is stopped working: 69077747 But now no barcode works anymore.

Are you able to replicate this bug now? I've just input about 20 barcodes in a row without any sign of breakage. I wonder if this was a lingering problem from folio-testing's week of woes that finally got wiped clean in the latest rebuild.
