Requests UI: Hide Move action (ECS environments with mod-tlr enabled)

Description

Purpose: To disallow (hide option) the moving of a request in ECS environments with mod-tlr enabled.

User story statement:

As a circulation staff member using an ECS environment with mod-tlr enabled,

I will not have the ability to move requests in ECS environments with mod-tlr enabled in Part 1 of ECS TLR functionality; therefore, the option needs to be hidden from view in the Requests UI.

_1. Scenario:

  • Given > Requests > Request detail pane of any request,

  • then I do not see Actions > Move.

    • Note: Action is hidden.

_2. Scenario:

  • Given > Requests > Request detail pane of a request,

  • if there are no available actions, the Actions button is hidden.
