Purpose: To add the tenant affiliation or consortium to the title of the Request detail pages (New request, [tenant name] or New request, consortium) in ECS environments utilizing mod-tlr for use in tenants where mod-tlr is present and tenants that allow title level requests.

User story statement(s):

As a circulation staff member using the Requests app. in an ECS environment that includes mod-tlr,
I want to see the detail of where (in which tenant, or all tenants) the request is in the title of the request form when viewing Request details.

_1. Scenario:

• Given > Requests > Center pane with requests records present,

• When I select a request, and the third pane displays the request details,

• Then I see “Request details, [tenant name]” or “Request details, consortium” as the title of the pane, depending on where the request was placed.
