PUT piece and POST check in should be run sequentially for quick receive

Description:

When user select Quick receive option in Edit piece form for cancelled order, “The piece was successfully saved” success toast message appears before clicking "Continue" button in "Order closed" confirmation popup

Preconditions:

1. One-time order in "Open" status with one PO line exists

2. PO line has the following settings:

• "Receiving workflow" is "Synchronized order and receipt quantity"

• "Quantity" = 1

• "Create inventory" is "Instance, Holding, Item"

3. Created order should be cancelled after opening

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to “Receiving” app on piece details pane related to created POL

2. Click on the record in "Expected" accordion

3. Expand the dropdown next to "Save & close" button and select "Quick receive" option

4. Click "Continue" button in "Order closed" confirmation popup

Expected result: “The piece was successfully saved” toast message should appear after clicking "Continue" button in "Order closed" confirmation popup

Actual result: “The piece was successfully saved” toast message appears before clicking "Continue" button in "Order closed" confirmation popup
