Item details are cleared when select "Save and create another" option for adding electronic piece

Preconditions:

Order in “Open” status with one PO line has been created with following settings:

• "Order format" = P/E mix

• "Receiving workflow" = Independent order and receipt quantity

• “Create inventory” for physical resource - “Instance, holding, item”

• “Create inventory” for electronic resource - “Instance, holding”

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to created PO line details pane

2. Click “Actions” button on POL details pane

3. Select “Receive” option

4. Click on Title name from POL

5. Click “Actions” button in “Expected” accordion on title details pane

6. Select “Add piece” option

7. Select “Physical” option from “Piece format” dropdown

8. Select location/holding

9. Check “Create item” checkbox

10. Add unique barcode in “Item details” accordion

11. Expand actions menu next to “Save & close” button

12. Select “Save and create another” option

13. Select “Electronic” option from “Piece format” dropdown

Expected result:

• “Create item” checkbox is not displayed (works as expected)

• Fields in “Item details” accordion should be cleared and disabled
