Improvements for "Bind" process

Some improvements for “Bind” process should be implemented:

1. Newly created barcode value should be displayed in success toast message after binding: "Item <Newly created barcode / No barcode> created successfully"

2. Actual barcode should be shown in confirmation popup for item(s) with requests: “There are requests on the following pieces: <actual barcodes of pieces>. Transfer requests to the new record?”

3. Newly created call number should be displayed in “Bound items” accordion on title details pane in “Receiving” app

4. When bound item does not have barcode “No barcode” link should be displayed for such item in “Bound pieces data” accordion on newly created item details pane in “Inventory” app
