Bind items screen (ECS)

Description

Libraries in an ECS-enabled environment may need to bind pieces from one tenant and assign them a permanent location in a different tenant.

User story statement:

As someone responsible for binding materials in an ECS-enabled environment with central ordering enabled
I want to be able to select affiliation when binding
So that bound items can be created in the proper tenant

Scenarios:

  1. ECS with central ordering

    • Given

    • AND given user is in an ECS-enabled environment

    • AND users in the central tenant can place orders on behalf of member tenants

    • When user selects permanent location on the bind items screen

    • Then user can select a location from any affiliation

  2. ECS without central ordering

    • Given

    • AND given user is in an ECS-enabled environment

    • AND users in the central tenant can NOT place orders on behalf of member tenants

    • When user selects permanent location on the bind items screen

    • Then user can only select locations from the user’s current affiliation

Hello

Scenario 2 tested on https://folio-testing-ecs-snapshot-cs00000int.ci.folio.org/ works as expected (see attached recording)
Test cases for second scenario were not created, because they are difficult to test on our environments, as the user cannot uncheck manually "Allow user to select locations from other affiliations for central orders" option once it has been checked.

Tested on https://folio-testing-sprint-cs00000int.ci.folio.org/ works as expected (see the attached recordings).
Separate ticket was created for fixing the issue with displaying holding’s name

And for fixing Item statuses
