Overview: Calendar widget cutoff by modal when editing pieces

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

2. Create order

3. Create pol for manually add pieces for receiving

4. Open PO

5. navigate to receiving area for POL

6. add piece

7. Select expected receipt date

Expected Results:  Calendar plugin is fully visible

Actual Results: bottom of calendar plugin is cut off by the modal button section
