Piece displays as connected to an item when connected item record has been deleted.

Overview: When an order is closed, unreceived items in inventory can be deleted. When item has been deleted the receiving UI still shows that the piece has a connected item. The item has a status of "undefined".

How to reproduce:
Create PO
Add POL with quantity 2
Create inventory is set to "Instance, holding, item"
"Manually create pieces for receiving" does NOT = true
Open PO
Close PO with any reason for closure
Navigate to connected Item record
Delete one of the item records with item status "Closed order"
Navigate to receiving for the title on this POL
Click receive

Expected: Piece with a broken connection behaves like a piece with no connected item. User cannot add barcode or call number. Create item does NOT show "Connected"

Actual: Piece with broken link shows that the piece has a connected item. The item has a status of "undefined" and the user can still add barcode and call number, but they are not saved anywhere.
