Unable to move a Holdings record from one instance to another

Description

Can reproduce on https://bugfest-kiwi.folio.ebsco.com AND https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/

  1. Find an instance record with a Holdings record

  2. Go to Actions and select Move holdings/items to another instance

  3. Find another instance

  4. Select an instance to move Holdings record

Expected outcome: Holdings record is moved to another instance

Actual outcome: No update - See screencast

 I moved this to plugin-find-instance because this is actually related to the changes in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIPFI-81 

I will try to address it right now.

Hi - yes you are right. It worked when we had the deprecated ES search box, but now it don't.

So this bug has apparently happened when we did the work on UIIN-1822.
I'll make this ticket a P1 - and mark the test rail tickets as blocked.

Hey , I will clear my cache but this also occurred with a tester too. Also did the person test before the change to the Inventory search UI?
