Select search method is not appearing in find instance modal

Description

Overview:  When triggering the find-instance modal I do not have a select box for search method. It seems to only allow search by Title.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO-testing or Snapshot

  2. Create PO

  3. Add POL

  4. Click Title look-up

Expected Results: Modal includes a dropdown list of search methods

Actual Results: No search method selection is possible. Search seems to be ONLY a title search

 I happened to be testing so thought I would post a note here. I now see the reverted find-instance-plugin from POL form.

 I do see the reverted version on snapshot for example here:

after choosing instance relationship item.

 

Could you please double check if you see a reverted version too?

Manual test in FOLIO Snapshot, version @folio/plugin-find-instance 6.0.10000017, using Chrome.

and - The UI for the Instance look-up component do need to be rolled back and get the drop down menues for the segments (instance, holdings, item) back.
I don't see this in FOLIO Snapshot yet, so I'll move this ticket back In progress.
