Steps to Repro:
Log into folio-testing
Go to Settings > Organization > Language and Localization
Select Danish
Go to Users and look at a user record
Expected: Per Wikipedia, it seems Danish dates should display as DD.MM.YYYY but they are current displaying as DD/MM/YYYY. Also, the time formatting seems really odd: HH.MM.SS Is that right? Should it not be HH:MM:SS per the 24 hour clock?
Actual: current displaying as DD/MM/YYYY. Time displaying as HH.MM.SS
