Service Point Panes Messed Up

Description

Steps to repro:

  1. Log into folio-snapshot

  2. Go to Settings > Organization > Service Points and pick an SP

Expected: Detail record pane should go all the way to right of page

diagnosed the problem as a <div> wrapper added pursuant to UICIRC-184 (PR #494). Adding props.dataTest to <Pane> and <Paneset> in STCOM-527 will allow us to provide data-test without the wrapper; removing that will resolve this.
