Overview: When selecting new records in the orders app, approving, opening, closing or cloning an order it can be difficult to tell when the system is working on loading the new order or you haven't successfully clicked the action button.

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user approving, opening, closing or cloning an order
When they click the action button in the menu
Then the menu is dismiss and a loading icon displays in the view pane until the action is complete
