New icon for "Open order"

Description

Purpose: Add new "cart" icon to Actions menu button for "Open order" in Orders app.

Scenarios

Scenario
- Given the Orders app
- When the Actions menu is displayed on a pending purchase order
- Then display the "cart" icon, to show the concept that the order has been sent to the vendor and funds have been set aside so that the cart can be filled.
