T3232 Order templates are preventing the changing of POL order format

Under PO Line Details, when using Demo orders one-time (DO) template, I was unable to select the P/E Mix option in all three test attempts. It was listed, but the only options able to be selected were Physical Resource and Other. I proceeded with the tests using the "Other" option and was able to save/create the PO Line for two of the three tests. For one test, I was unable to save, and received the message "Purchase Order Line has not been created." In all three tests, while not marked Required, the field, Vendor Ref Number, was a required field.
