T3235 Template causing issues in creating Ongoing Order + PO Line

Description

Tested four times; the 1st, 3rd, and 4th tests were successful. In the first test, after saving order, received the error message, "Not Loaded." Order did save, though, and was able to proceed with creating PO Line. For all tests, in PO Line, Order Format was set to P/E Mix, and unable to be changed to any other option. Vendor Ref Number, while not marked required, was a required field. In the first test, I did not realize that the pre-populated fields were part of the demo, and I did try to edit those and save my changes--some of those changes saved and some did not. When saving, the title, publisher, and product IDs reverted back to the demo setting.

The second test failed, was able to create an Ongoing Order, but not a PO Line. In PO Line Details, like the other tests, the Order Format was set to P/E Mix, and unable to be changed. The Vendor Ref Number was also a required field. Upon clicking save, I received the message "Purchase order line has not been created" and was unable to save.
