Edit POL from view POL in the three pane POL search layout

Description

Overview: When search by Purchase order line the user will be able to access the "Edit" POL form directly from the view. This will save clicks and help avoid confusion in navigating back and forth from the PO search and POL search.

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user is searching for POLs in the three pane layout
When user has clicked on a POL in the result list to open the view pane
Then user can access edit POL from the caret menu or the edit button

Hi Not yet on folio-snapshot, but I tested it on folio-testing, and all looks good. Tested on both a Pending and an Open order, with the caret option and with the Edit pencil. Closing this ticket.
