Not possible to edit POL without first being at PO

Description

Overview:
Cannot edit POL from a POL except when I go through the PO.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Chalmers' FOLIO
2. Go to Orders
3. Click on a POL
(No Edit icon visible)
4. Click on caret at PO Line Details

*Expected Result: *
To see Edit in carrot menu for POL view pane

*Actual Result: *
I only see Delete and View PO

Current workaround:
1. Login to Chalmers' FOLIO
2. Go to Orders
3. Click on a POL
4. Click on caret at PO Line Details
5. Click View PO
6. Scroll down to PO Lines and click on the POL
7. Click on caret at PO Line Details or at the Edit-icon
8. Edit appears!

Hi I think we should create a UIOR story or bug to add an edit link in the POL header caret, and then link this Chalmers issue to it.

Yes, it's quite confusing the way it works now, but as there is a workaround the fix can wait a few months.
