Un hide permission "Invoice: Cancel invoices"

Description

Overview: When canceling and invoice the voided amount is not displayed in the transactions area. The transactions show a value of $0 instead

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

  2. Select user app

  3. Edit user

  4. Click add permissions

  5. Search Invoice: Cancel invoices

Expected Results: Invoice: Cancel invoices permission appears and can be assigned

Actual Results: Invoice: Cancel invoices is hidden from the UI so user has no way to assign it.

Additional Information: For the previous release we hid this permission on purpose and just need to reverse that.
