Overview: When canceling and invoice the voided amount is not displayed in the transactions area. The transactions show a value of $0 instead

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

2. create invoice

3. add invoice line for amount greater than zero

4. Approve and pay invoice

5. Cancel invoice

Expected Results: When viewing invoice payment transactions on budget they appear as voided (Value crossed out) and the value show is the original amount of the transaction.

Actual Results: When viewing invoice payment transactions on budget they appear as voided (Value crossed out) BUT the value show is always 0.00.
