Notes app: Move permission names to translation file

Description

As per Zak Burke's message in slack apps have to update their package.json and translation files to support localization of permission names.
In this task we need to copy displayName properties from package.json to en.json the following way:

en.json

displayName

"permission.[permissionName]": [displayName]
