Purpose: In a consortium environment, Authority records are shared amongst the member institutions and users need to be able to identify the titles (both Shared Instances and local affiliated instances) that are linked to specific authority headings.

Requirements:

• Index authority records in central index so they are discoverable to all tenants

• Update number of titles to include both Shared Instances linked and Local Instances linked

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:

   • Given the tenant is in a consortium environment and the user is in the MARC authority app

   • When the user enters a search/browse query

   • Then the user should see records that are shared across the consortium from the central tenant

2. Scenario:

   1. Given the tenant is in a consortium environment and the user is in the MARC authority app

   2. When the user enters a search/browse query

   3. Then the user should see the number of titles (either Shared Instances or Local Instances) that are linked to the heading

3. Scenario:

   1. Given the tenant is in a consortium environment and the user has entered a search/browse query

   2. When the user clicks on the number of titles next to the heading

   3. Then the user should be brought to Inventory with the results containing any Local and Shared Instances that are linked to the heading
