Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to https://eureka-aqa-testing.int.aws.folio.org/ as an admin user

2. Go to “Settings” app → “MARC authority” → “Manage authority files“

3. Click on “New” button

4. Fill in editable text boxes with unique valid values, but the "Prefix" field with 26-letter prefix, ex.:

   "Name" = "Test file"
   "Prefix" = "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz"
   "HRID starts with" = "5"
   "Base URL" = "http://testurl.com/source"
   "Active" = do not check checkbox

5. Click on the "Save" button

6. Delete one letter from "Prefix" field, ex.:

   • "Prefix" = "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxy"

7. Click on the "Save" button

Expected result: Source file is saved and shown in source file list
Actual result: Source file list is not loaded. Instead, the following text is shown:

There are no Authority files

If a user closes and reopens the pane, the list is loaded but does not include created source file.
