STORY: Lookups external sites

The scope of this card is to examine use cases where the cataloger needs to access resources outside of the data graph for completing cataloging workflow - specifically for authority work.

The cataloger may need to add links to authorities not incorporated into the local data graph (e.g. Wikidata), and will need the ability to point to the target database, search the database, select a resource/identifier from the database, add the selected resource to the resource description, and save the resource description to the back end.
