As a FOLIO system administrator with appropriate permissions, I want to configure record contribution settings for each configured central server.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:

   • Given the INN-Reach Settings menu and no configured central server

   • When the user selects INN-Reach from the main Settings menu

   • Then the "Record Contribution" settings group does not appear

2. Scenario:

   • Given the INN-Reach settings menu and at least one configured central server

   • When the user selects INN-Reach from the main settings menu

   • Then the "Record Contribution" settings group appears with the following settings names:

     • FOLIO Locations to INN-Reach Location Mapping

     • Material Type to Item Type Mapping

     • Contribution Criteria
