Purpose:

Only locations associated with a local agency (via their parent library) are relevant for excluding records from contribution. Items and Bibs not associated with a local agency (via item effective location) will be automatically excluded from contribution ()

User story statement(s):

As a user with permissions to modify INN-Reach settings for Record contribution criteria,
I want to only see locations associated with a local agency code for a given central server configuration so that locations that will be automatically excluded are not cluttering up the interface.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:

   • Given the "FOLIO locations to exclude from contribution" field in Settings > INN-Reach > Record contribution > Contribution criteria

   • When the user selects the field

   • Then only those locations whose parent library is assigned to a local agency code for the selected central server configuration are displayed in the list for selection.
