we would like to include this story along with https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIIN-904#icft=UIIN-904 in Edelweiss if possible, so that the frontend for HRIDs matches the backend. Backend was updated and released last week. I've marked both of these UIIN stories as q4-2019-bugfix, even though that's not exactly true. Let me know if we need to discuss.

Once unmocked, that should resolve the https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIIN-862#icft=UIIN-862 bug as well.
