Hey , the stripes-force team implemented this feature that supports improved printing of results list - https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STCOM-1417. Given this fact, I decided to add the browser print shortcut key to the list of shortcut keys just like the browser copy/paste/find shortcut which are also on this list. If there are additional enhancements that MM wants made to what stripes-force implemented, please add a comment https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STCOM-1417.

Hi , The MM SIG has been talking about printing in FOLIO and specifically Inventory at the meeting March 15th 2025. Is this story just about adding one new item to the list of shortcuts, or should it also implement new functionality? The reason I’m asking is because the ticket summary seems like a simple new shortcut item, but the description also includes patterns what should happen if a user presses this shortcut. Ctrl / Command + P is already the default shortcut and does exactly what’s included in the description, at least on Windows, so why potentially adding functionality to FOLIO that the browser already contain?

Hi - I have added you all as watcher on this ticket, as follow up on the very recent talk at Implementers SIG and MM-SIG on improving print functionality
