This got fixed, with the fix did when solving . All looks good. The bug is closed.

To reproduce
Create a new Instance, set date to today, save, verify date on details page, re-enter form, it appears to be set to a day earlier, but going back to the details page it appears correct.
Could be something with ui-inventory's use of the date picker.
