UICAL - Incorrect date shown for exceptional closing

Description

When adding an all-day closing for a given date, the UI display of the closing is actually visualizing this closing on the previous day (see attachment and note difference between the text date and the visual displayed date).

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Set up calendar
2 - Settings>Calendar>Library hours>(select Service point)>Open Calendar to Add Exceptions
3 - Add new exception period
4 - Choose a day with regular open hours and add an all-day exception
5 - Not the difference in the text date vs visualized date
