Purpose: To update (reword) new request form link: "New request" to “New request, [tenant name]”" (Inventory app., Actions dropdown) for ECS environments.

User story statement(s):

As a staff member using an ECS environment,

I need to understand that the new requests I am placing in the Inventory app. are at the “local” level (e.g., the tenant with which I am currently affiliated in FOLIO, also the tenant named in the top right corner of the window),

so that it is clear when placing the request that it will be placed within the tenant.

Scenarios:

_1. Scenario: 

• Given > Inventory > Actions dropdown where “+ New request” is present (in both Instance and Item records)

• When I click on the Actions dropdown,

• Then I see “+ New request, [tenant name]” as the action name.

Notes:

• In single tenant FOLIO environments, the New request action will remain unchanged.

• Rewording the new request form needs to be done in all apps. where the action to create a new request is present, including Requests and Users.
