Add immediate warning message when a local instance is shared

Description

Overview: After discussion with UI devs, plan to show an orange warning message immediately after the Share button is pushed, and then a green success message after the sharing is complete. The green toast is already in place. This story documents the orange warning message.

Scenario 1

  • Given a user is in a member tenant and has permission to share local instances

  • When the user selects the action to share a local instance

  • Then immediately display an orange warning message at the top of the 3rd pane, with the following text (in place of the 3 dots):

    • [exclamation point] Sharing this local instance will take a few moments. A success message and updated details will be displayed upon completion.

    • See styling for the warning message in below mockup. The instance details can either be blank or can remain as the current local instance details

  • NOTE: Once the sharing is complete, this third pane will be replaced with the updated instance detail view and the green success toast
