Purpose: In a consortium environment, shadow copies of shared Instance records may contain member tenant's holdings and items or acquisitions, and users in a local member library should be able to view their own holdings and items first, followed by other consortial member library holdings and items, and their own acquisitions in the corresponding accordion. Users in a central consortial environment should be able to view holdings and items for all member libraries under the Consortial holdings accordion.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Given that an Instance is in a member library tenant's Inventory

2. And the instance is a shadow copy of the shared instance

3. And the instance has holdings/items or acquisitions that are stored in the member tenant's storage

4. Then fetch and display them from the member tenant's storage instead of the central tenant's storage
