Actions menu on Item record. When no Mark item actions is possible, then heading 'Mark as' should not be displayed.

Description

Purpose: This new split of the actions in the action menu was done when we did . But then later when testing another issue I found that the Action menu 'Mark as' is present also when not Mark options are possible.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO Snapshot, as user Diku_admin

  2. Go to inventory, find any item record which has item status as Checked out

  3. Go to the given User detailed record, and mark the record as Claimed returned

  4. View the item record in Inventory

  5. When clicking on the Actions menu to the upper right

Expected result:
When no other item states can be selected, and the list is empty, then the Action heading Mark as is not to be displayed.

Actual result:
When no other item states can be selected, and the list is empty, then the Action heading Mark as is displayed.

I checked the

  1. releases

Slack channel and can see that `ui-inventory` v9.3.0 was released on Feb 2/20 https://github.com/folio-org/ui-inventory/releases/tag/v9.3.0

Manual test in FOLIO Snapshot, version @folio/inventory 9.4.1000003253, using Chrome.

All looks great . I'll move the ticket to Awaiting Release. Will you assign the fix/Version number. Thanks a ton.

Yeah I can look at this one.  I didn't know if was possible for there to be no Mark as options available.

It's not really bad, but I'm sure the users will report it instantly when we get the Orchid release out.
